Manager IT Services.

• Is responsible for delivering IT Service level agreements between the IT function and the user departments.
• Is also responsible for coordinating and direct management of the Bank’s IT service.

Requirements are a Bachelor’s Degree in ICT and Computer related studies like Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related studies like, Bachelor of Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics.

IT Applications Administrator.

Is responsible for providing day to day service support for all Banking Application Services and any other Applications.

Requirements are BSC (Honours) Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Database Administrator.

Is responsible for managing all database systems on which all mission critical business applications run. Will also build new databases, schemas whenever required.

Requirements are Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Certified Associate, ITIL, PL/SQL Programming 11g, Oracle SQL Expert, Cisco Certified Network Association.

Network Officer.

• This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining the Local and wide area networks.
• This role is also responsible for day to day maintenance of all network devices across all branches.

Requirements are Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or its equivalent. CCNA, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Free Open Source Certified System Administrator level 1 & 2.

Unix Systems Officer.

Is responsible for installing, configuring, and optimizing the performance of computer hardware systems in Unix enterprise environments and/or Linux operating system.

Requirements are Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering or its equivalent. Proficient with Linux and Unix technologies. ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT service management.
