After iOS 14 the latest talk is about Apple’s next update iOS 15. When you hear iOS 15 update, aside from what improvements are expected, rumours that won’t miss are which devices will not be compatible once the update is out.

Details have emerged according to iPhone Soft about which devices will be compatible with the tech giant’s major update this year. Apple will be rolling out its new update in June this year.

Five models split between smartphones and tablets with A9 chips are expected to be on the chopping block this year when the update comes out. The listed devices might have survived with iOS 13 and iOS 14 updates but it looks like this time Apple has decided to leave them out.

This is to allow the deployment of new products. it will also guarantee decent performance for streaming, video games and the interface in general.

The highly anticipated iPhone 13 expected to unveil in September this year will come with iOS 15 and an A15 chip.

What else to expect from iOS 15 update this year.

iOS 14 brought significant changes in the form of widgets for iPhone users. iOS 15 is expected to come with improved and better features than the previous update.

Little is known about the new operating system apart from the month of unveiling at the 2021 WWDC (Worldwide Developer’s Conference) which is June this year. Final release dates will be confirmed later during the year though people may get the beta version in July.
