MTN has unveiled the new MTN Freedom bundles in fresh packages earlier today. The MTN Freedom bundles were introduced by the telecom giant in 2019 which were the first of their kind to be unveiled to Ugandans. These brand new packages are the latest addition to the already existing MTN Freedom bundles that were availed to customers back then in 2019.
What these new MTN Freedom bundles mean for MTN customers is that they can load data and use these bundles for as long as they have MBs without worrying about expiry. Customers can use the bundles for as long as they need to without worrying that they’ll expire within a stipulated period like other bundles.

The MTN Uganda Chief Marketing Officer Sen Somdev said that MTN Uganda has decided to increase the Freedom Bundles’ volume following its customers’ demands, as a way of meeting their needs and giving them more value for their money.
He further explained, “The idea of having bundles that will not expire for as long as they remain unused appealed to our customers and they asked us to increase the data volumes which we have done. From now on, our customers can enjoy their data at their pace with no worries about it getting expired. This means that if you load MTN Freedom bundles and you either travel or don’t use them immediately for one reason or another, you can rest assured that it will still be valid for you to use it until it runs out, thereby giving you real value for your money.”
