Telecom companies are always working towards convenience and coming up with simpler ways for customers to handle all their transactions. Smile Uganda launches the MySmile app allowing customers to enjoy and access Smile services with a few clicks on their smartphones.

A list of services customers can access now that Smile Uganda launches the MySmile app
Smile Uganda customers can do a variety of things through the new app like;
- Check your balance (Airtime, Data, and Voice minutes);
- Recharge data bundles, voice bundles, airtime, and pay on the App;
- Share airtime with your other SmileNumbers;
- Convert airtime to data bundles or voice bundles;
- View and download account history for usage, purchase, and share for the last three months;
- View your personal and SIM/device information;
- Contact Smile Customer Care with one click;
- Engage with the telecom company all Smile social media platforms.

Smile Uganda launches the MySmile app providing the above services that will not only be easily accessible but will also save customers a lot of time spent putting in codes to do things like purchasing data and checking data balances.

As Smile Uganda launches the MySmile app, here is how to get started with this new app. Smile customers should first download the app which is available on Google Play Store and the App Store. They can then proceed to register with their SmileNumber/Username and Password or login using their current MySmile Portal login credentials OR contact Smile Customer Care on 0720 100 100 for further assistance.
Telecom companies have moved to create an online presence through developing apps that create ease for their customers by providing most of the services needed through these applications. This has proven to be advantageous for both customers and the companies as customers are encouraged to use more services which generates revenue for the telecommunications companies.
