Dr Chris Baryomunsi takes over as the new Minister of ICT in Uganda from Judith Nabakooba who has been appointed a new position. She is the new Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development.
Before his appointment as the new Minister for ICT in Uganda, he served as the State Minister of Health for General Duties.

By working with local organizations, Digital Opportunity Trust will help young people access IBM’s free Open P-TECH education platform via ptech.org can be accessed which will allow them to gain competency in basic technologies used in various industries. Such include AI, cloud computing and cybersecurity, along with professional workplace skills like design thinking, teaming, and presentations.
