This comes after Windows announced that it will end support for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/techrafiki.com\/how-to-fix-screen-flickering-in-windows-10\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/techrafiki.com\/how-to-fix-screen-flickering-in-windows-10\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Windows 10<\/a><\/span> in 2025. Microsoft was working on making Windows more user-friendly for dual-screen computers and soon abandoned the project to focus on Windows 11. The most noticeable visual modifications can be noticed along the taskbar. Users can relocate all of their app icons and start menu to the left-hand side of the taskbar if they don&#8217;t want them in the middle. Without the Live Tiles, the revised Start Menu appears to be a more simpler version of the one in Windows 10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This updated Start menu is a simplified version of what currently exists in Windows 10, without Live Tiles. It includes pinned apps, recent files, and the ability to quickly shut down or restart Windows 11 devices. It\u2019s really a lot more simplified than what exists in Windows 10 today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pinned programs, recent files, and the option to swiftly shut down or restart Windows 11 devices are all available from the Start Menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another noticeable visual difference is that Microsoft appears to be employing <strong>rounded corners<\/strong> across the board in Windows 11. The Start menu itself also includes rounded corners. When combined with the dark mode, Windows 11 begins to resemble a more refined version of Windows 10 rather than anything entirely new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"8\">Microsoft has also included a new setup experience in Windows 11. The setup procedure is very similar to Windows 10X, where it walks users through a set of steps to configure Windows. There is also a new startup sound &#8211; something that has proved to be iconic with each version of Windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Windows event on June 24<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"10\">Microsoft has been dropping hints about Windows 11, and with these leaks, it appears that people are eagerly anticipating the unique Windows event, which will be shown on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/event\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/event\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">June 24<\/a><\/span>, when all rumours will be confirmed or denied.
