This was done to allow people to get access to the organization&#8217;s services during the lockdown. A NIRA guide has been released to assist people with the process of making changes to different particulars. With the pandemic, businesses have been forced to go digital. parents or guardians of the child <\/li><li>Photocopy of the National ID of one of the parents<\/li><li>Bank payment receipt of UGX 5,000 or $40 for foreigners<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fees required for different services <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nira.go.ug\/fees\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\"
