Next Media seeks to hire a Chief Content Officer to manage conventional and and digital convergence for content to optimize emerging consumer behaviors and trends.
Some of the key result areas are;
- Design and execute content strategies and application methods to manage, optimize, and improve content segmentation for customer value management.
- Guide teams on properly structured archiving of content for multiple user experiences, future reference and commercialization of it.
- Design functional content calendars for Next Media Services
- Integrate content within traditional and international marketing campaigns
- Establish workflows for creating, recalling, broadcasting, publishing and retiring of content
- Recommend and oversee training for content creators and archivers
Some of the essential attributes include;
- Ability to clearly articulate the business case multimedia content
- Ability to articulate content convergence for different organizational functions
- Ability to integrate continuous feedback into the planning and development processes
- Previous proven experience in a content profession
- Previous experience with mobile apps is an added advantage

UN Women Uganda
UN Women Uganda seeks to hire an IT Associate who will provide leadership in execution of ICT services, implementing ICT management systems and strategies, provide daily technical support to users of information management tools and technology infrastructure.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include;
- Ensures implementation of ICT strategies and introduction/implementation of new technologies focusing on achievement
- Ensures effective functioning of the CO hardware and software packages
- Ensures efficient networks administration
- Provides web management services focusing on achievement
Some of the required skills include;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CCNE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent required.
- At least 6 years of experience in network administration and use of hardware/software, telecommunication facilities.
- Fluency in English is required
