Here is what to watch this weekend

What to watch on Netflix

Bad Trip

Bud Malone and Chris Carey, played by Lil Rel Howery and Eric André, are two friends who go on a road trip to New York City. To get there, the two rob Chris’ sister Trina’s motorcycle. The trouble is that Trina, played by Tiffany Haddish, is a ruthless entity bent on exacting vengeance on her brother and Chris for the perceived insult. Bud and Chris’ antics on their way to New York are gradually horrifying pranks on the innocent average people around them. Trina also joins in on the pranks, following Bud and Chris around the country.

The Irregulars

The Irregulars are a group of bad Victorian-era teen friends. The Irregulars, led by the streetwise Bea (Thaddea Graham), arrive in the Sherlock Holmes universe to work for the sinister John Watson (Royce Pierreson). A mysterious danger has taken hold of London in this edition of the classic Sir Arthur Conan Doyle novels. It is up to The Irregulars, who are sent on quests by Watson, to strike back against the darkness of Old Blighty. The storyline unfolds over eight reasonably standalone episodes that link to a broader season-long mystery based on Bea’s paranormally inclined sister Jessie (Darci Shaw).
